Greetings my Two & four legged friends!
All the snow we had in January created a virtual wonderland to look at, and a playground for little humans, and dogs, like me !! RUFFF !!!
I particularly love to run and jump as far as my leash will let me ( unless I’m in the Dog Park… then I can play, run and jump as much as I want… with NO leash !!)
I also like to bury my nose in the snow, and eat it too , just not yellow snow!!! !!
And speaking of snow, I have noticed a lot more poop just laying in the snow!!
Please..Please.. Please… ask your humans to pick up after you!! Not only is it unsanitary and unsightly, but your poop carry’s germs and, in some cases, worms and eggs which can be inhaled by other dogs.
There are also “pooper scooper” laws in both Allamuchy and Panther Valley which carry hefty fines.
There are also bag stations located throughout Panther Valley to make it easier to pick up after you!!!
Please help to protect all our dogs, and don’t just cover it with snow, pick it up!!! RUFFF…RUFFF… RUFFF… AROOOOOO…!!!
February is also the month for lovers… humans and otherwise… On February 14th our humans will celebrate ST. VALENTINES DAY !! A day when humans profess their love for one another, and also exchange chocolates and flowers… some also get engaged or married on this day!!! Good luck to all those lovers!!!
Also, human children will be off from school from Feb. 16 thru Feb. 19 for winter break, so please ask your humans to drive carefully obey the speed limits !!!!
There is very little dog park news this month with the exception of the 2024-25 membership drive!!
